These terms govern the use of Lentaventura Content Studio, operated by Lentaventura LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Content Studio helps turn photos and instructions into social media content. Results may contain errors, and you should review them before publishing.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity carried out through it. You must provide accurate information and use the service in accordance with the law.

Plans and projects

Each plan includes a monthly number of projects. A project may produce versions for multiple platforms, depending on the available features. Unused projects expire at the end of the monthly period and do not roll over unless we state otherwise.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel before the next renewal using the controls available in your account. If you need help, email hola@lentaventura.com. Charges already processed are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Your content

You retain the rights to the photos and other material you upload. You confirm that you have permission to use them and authorize us to process them to provide the service. You are responsible for checking that the final content respects copyright, trademarks, privacy, and the rules of the platforms where you publish it.

Generated content

Text, designs, and other results may be similar to content created for others; exclusivity is not guaranteed. You should verify facts, names, rights, commercial claims, and any recommendations before using or publishing a result.

Permitted use

You may not use the service for illegal activities, fraud, impersonation, harassment, malware, infringement of rights, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or change features to maintain and improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every result will be accurate or suitable for every purpose.

Third-party services

The service may depend on identity, artificial intelligence, hosting, payment, and social media providers. Lentaventura does not control interruptions, decisions, rule changes, or actions by those platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lentaventura LLC will not be liable for indirect losses or loss of income, audience, opportunities, data, or reputation arising from use of the service or content published by the user. Lentaventura's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the user during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

User responsibility

You agree to be responsible for claims, damages, or reasonable costs arising from material you upload, content you publish, infringement of third-party rights, or use of the service contrary to these terms.

Suspension

We may limit or terminate access if these terms are violated, if there is a risk to others or to the service, for nonpayment, or because of a legal obligation.
