Lentaventura LLC operates Lentaventura Content Studio. This policy explains what information we use when providing the service.

Information we collect

We may receive your name, email address, and account identifiers when you sign in. We also process the photos, instructions, projects, and content you provide to create your posts. We store information needed for your plan, project usage, support, and operation of the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Lentaventura does not store your full card number. Stripe may collect payment and billing information under its own policies.

How we use information

We use information to create and save your projects, manage your account and subscription, respond to support requests, protect the service, and improve how it works.

Service providers

We may share necessary information with providers that host the application, process payments, or help generate content. These providers receive only the information needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Your photos and content

You retain the rights to the material you upload. You authorize us to process it only to provide the features you request and operate the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active or as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13 or anyone below the age permitted to consent to the use of digital services in their jurisdiction.
